Important Notes

Application Deadline: All applications must be received by November 7, 2025.

Your application and all attached documents will be reviewed and will remain completely confidential. No information will be shared with any member of Shining Hammers FC.

Shining Hammers FC will determine eligibility and recommend financial assistance where appropriate. Their decision is final.
Financial Aid Terms

All families are expected to contribute toward club fees. A minimum deposit of $200 per player is required at the time of team registration.

Full scholarships will not be granted. Scholarships covering more than 50% of fees will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.

All fees or payment plans must be initiated by November 15, 2025.

If awarded aid, you must pay your remaining balance or begin your adjusted payment plan by this date.

If aid is denied, you must still pay your balance or set up a payment plan by November 15, 2025.

Players will not be allowed to participate in practices or games until fees are paid in full or a payment plan agreement is in place.
