Join the Shining Hammers FC Youth Development Program for boys and girls born between 2015 and 2020.

At Shining Hammers FC, we believe that the first kicks are the most important. Our Winter Youth Program is designed to introduce the beautiful game in a fun, positive, and energetic environment. We focus on building fundamental skills, making new friends, and, most importantly, developing a lifelong love for soccer.

Our Program Philosophy

Our curriculum is built specifically for young players. We don't just teach soccer; we build confidence, coordination, and character. Every session is packed with age-appropriate games and activities that will have your child smiling, sweating, and improving.

Your young athlete will learn:

  • Fundamental Skills: Dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control in a creative way.
  • Teamwork & Sportsmanship: How to be a good teammate and play with respect for others.
  • Coordination & Agility: Fun drills designed to improve balance and movement.
  • Game Basics: A simple and positive introduction to the rules and flow of soccer.

  • WHO: Boys & Girls with birth years 2015 - 2020
  • WHAT: A 14-week indoor soccer program focused on skills and fun.
  • SEASON DATES: November 24, 2025 – April 2, 2026

  • COST: $500 per new player $450 for returning player (Includes a Shining Hammers FC training jersey!)

Schedule & Age Groups

To ensure the best experience, we group players by age for targeted coaching.

Little Hammers (Birth Years 2019-2020)

Day & Time: Monday & Wednesday 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Focus on fun, motor skills, and feeling comfortable with a ball at their feet.

Junior Hammers (Birth Years 2017-2018)

Day & Time: Monday & Wednesday 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Introduction to basic techniques like dribbling and passing through imaginative games.

Future Stars (Birth Years 2015-2016)

Day & Time: Monday & Wednesday 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Developing skills further with an introduction to small-sided games (3v3/4v4).

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

My child has never played soccer before. Is this program for them?

Absolutely! Our program is perfect for beginners. Our coaches are experienced in working with brand-new players and create a welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of skill level.

What equipment does my child need?

Players should wear comfortable athletic clothing, shin guards (mandatory for safety), and indoor soccer shoes or sneakers. Please also bring a labeled water bottle. We will provide the soccer balls.

Who are the coaches?

Our coaching staff consists of licensed, background-checked individuals who are passionate about youth soccer. They are selected for their ability to connect with young children and teach the game in a positive and encouraging way.

Will parents be able to watch the sessions?

Yes, we have a designated viewing area for parents to watch and cheer on their little athletes.
